Your Opportunity:

Reporting directly to China Sales Manager, as an AU Cross Boarder E-commerce (AU CBEC) Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic business plans with a portfolio of key accounts and providing administrative, analytical & day-2-day account support to the China Sales Manager for all customers and e-commerce platforms based in Australia.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and manage partnerships with existing and new customers and day to day management of orders
  • Support planning, budgeting & implementation of trade marketing activities with key accounts to maximise ROI within budget and manage accruals accurately
  • Visit key customers regularly to build key account and operational relationships for optimal compliance and execution of the sales plan
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Weekly and monthly forecasting
  • Assist China Sales Manager in performing ROI financial analysis for assigned customers/brands reviewing promotional effectiveness to measure ROI
  • Regularly review and report market/product trends, insights & competitor activities.
  • Support relevant trade shows/initiatives based in Australia

You will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualification ideally in business
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG, Pharmacy or CBEC industry preferably with experience in Key Accounts or Field Sales
  • Mandarin and English language fluency (written and oral)
  • Sound commercial acumen & analytical skills that can be used to influence or negotiate value-added outcomes
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask competing priorities and demanding customer requirements
  • Computer literate particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has a passion for health & wellness
  • Valid Australia driver’s license
