Your Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a savvy marketer to join the
Healtheries team as Food & Beverage portfolio Brand Manager. You will have
exposure to the full marketing mix – from crafting compelling content, to
spearheading new product launches, and contributing to our 3-year brand
strategies. You’ll be executing brand strategies, collaborating across teams,
and making an impact on our brand. The role offers great growth and career
progression possibilities in a local manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will also have accountability for our digital channels. In this role you will:
- Be a key stakeholder for delivering the portfolio growth targets, constantly diagnosing our positioning to inform relevant insights and recommendations on how we grow
- Manage and support all aspects of the NPD (both innovation and renovation), working closely with cross-functional project teams and developing launch support material
- Own Healtheries digital strategy and execution
- Analyse and report on all marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign optimisation
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: A brand champion with at least two to three years of brand marketing within the FMCG or consumer product environment.
- Education: A degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong project management abilities, and the capability to handle multiple projects with ease. Strong commercial acumen, financial understanding, and confidence in presenting internally and externally.
- Personality: You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive – a natural collaborator who thrives on teamwork.
- Passion: A love for health & nutrition is a big plus.
