Machine Operator Packing – Day Shift (6.00am to 2.30pm)

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to support our Penrose Packing operations on the Day Shift. These are newly created roles to support our operations for our brand new site in Penrose.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carry out thorough cleaning of manufacturing areas, equipment, and shared spaces to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness protocols
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE and handling of cleaning chemicals
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting (up to 15kg), bending, and standing for extended periods
• Complete cleaning checklists and follow written procedures accurately

• Physically fit and capable of frequent lifting and manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning and compliance standards
• Good English and basic numerical skills to read safety instructions and complete documentation
• Troubleshooting capabilities and a proactive mindset
• A reliable, safety-conscious attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
