This is one of NZ’s most influential grocery roles — leading our Woolworths NZ & Mass partnerships across high-growth health, snacking and sports nutrition categories.
This isn’t a maintenance role.
It’s a true ownership role — where you’ll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive commercial outcomes that are visible across the business. You’ll step into a portfolio with:

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Grocery, you’ll operate with high autonomy and visibility across the NZ business.
What you’ll own
- Lead Woolworths NZ & Mass customer strategy and partnerships
- Own JBPs, commercial negotiations and financial outcomes
- Deliver category growth through NPD, ranging and optimisation
- Drive shopper activation and in-store execution at scale
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Category, Finance, Demand & Field
Who this is for
This role suits:
- A Senior KAM ready to step up, or
- An experienced NBM/SBM wanting more ownership and influence
You’ll be:
- Commercially sharp with strong P&L ownership
- Relationship-led with confidence at senior level
- Comfortable operating across complexity and ambiguity
- Motivated by making a visible impact
You’ll bring:
- 8+ years FMCG experience within NZ grocery
- Experience leading Woolworths NZ or a major grocery account
A track record of delivering sustainable, profitable growth
