Quality Inwards Team Leader

We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Inwards Team Leader to lead our Quality Inwards function, ensuring all incoming materials are sampled, reviewed and released accurately, efficiently and in line with GMP standards.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the front, and keeping production moving without compromising quality.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading GMP‑compliant sampling and release of raw materials, packaging, bulks and finished goods
  • Ensuring timely material releases to support uninterrupted production
  • Reviewing CoAs, MPI documentation and master standards
  • Owning rejection processes and quality documentation end‑to‑end
  • Coaching, developing and leading the Quality Inwards team
  • Working closely with Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, QA and QC teams
  • Driving continuous improvement while maintaining audit readiness

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a GMP quality or warehousing environment
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of TGA GMP, NZ GMP / GLP and PIC/S GMP
  • A practical, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment
