About the role

With the ability to establish strong relationships with multiple teams, as the Shopper Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing assets for Chemist Warehouse.

You’ll also work closely with our internal brand and sales teams to deliver nationwide campaign and new product launch point of sale initiatives that engage shoppers and drive conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the direction and delivery of shopper marketing initiatives. Develop and execute through-the-line shopper marketing campaigns that connect brand strategy with retail execution, focusing on driving in-store conversion and measurable commercial outcomes. Brief, coordinate, and collate promotional marketing materials.
• Support key relationships with Chemist Warehouse stakeholders and agencies.
• Monitor and support reporting on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
• Actively collaborate with the Specialist Sales team to deliver trade marketing assets and marketing calendar management for national campaigns and new product launches, leading the briefing process and execution of POS requirements.
• Track and reconcile shopper marketing budgets, ensuring accurate administration
• Reflect Vitaco’s vision and values in all activities.

Essential Experience

• 2–4 years in promotional trade marketing, brand/category management, or sales team/project management.
• Key account relationship management
• Worked in a sales team environment

• 2–3 years as a Customer/Trade Marketing Assistant or Category Management Assistant (Pharmacy, Grocery, Customer Management).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and data-lead strategy.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Exceptional time management and ability to deliver to required timelines.
• Positive contributor to company culture.
• Commitment to safety and company values.
