As we continue to expand across New Zealand and international markets, we’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Warehouse Team Leader to join our Day Shift team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the production picking function, support inwards operations as required, and play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time.

As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of 12–15 team members, creating a safe, engaged, and high‑performing environment. You’ll balance operational excellence with strong people leadership, ensuring daily targets are met while continuously improving the way we work.
6.00am – 2.30pm | East Tamaki
Salary up to $90,000
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead & Inspire - Lead, coach, and motivate your team through clear communication and visible leadership on the floor
- Safety, Quality & Compliance - Champion health and safety, quality, and compliance standards and proactively identify risks, report incidents, and drive corrective actions
- Operational Excellence - Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring delivery targets are achievedSupport inwards operations when required and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams
- Continuous Improvement - Drive a Kaizen mindset through process improvements and problem‑solving and apply lean tools such as 5 Why, 5S, GEMBA Walks, and toolbox talks to lift performance
- Develop People & Performance - Coach and mentor team members, building capability and succession and lead regular MBU1 (toolbox) sessions and performance conversations

You’re a confident, values‑led leader who brings both operational expertise and strong people skills.
You’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing inwards and outwards operations
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Confidence using warehouse systems and IT tools (ERP / SAP / NAV experience highly regarded)
- A continuous improvement mindset with practical Kaizen experience
- Sound decision‑making ability, backed by data and commercial awareness
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and developing others
